Euclase

Euclase is a mineral with a hardness of 7.5-8 on the Mohs scale. Its name is derived from the Greek Euclasis, meaning “well proportioned.” Euclase typically occurs as blue or green crystals, but it can also be found in colorless, white, yellow, brown, and red varieties.

The most prized Euclase specimens come from Minas Gerais, Brazil, where the crystals can reach up to 10 centimeters in length. Euclase is believed to have metaphysical properties that include aiding communication and promoting healing.

It is also said to bring balance and harmony into one’s life.
